York Minster - St Williams shine
How best to re-create a shrine that hasn’t existed for hundreds of years? Over Easter 2026, we worked with visitors to York Minster to use 100,000 LEGO bricks to create a copy!
By special request, we used yellow bricks for the tomb (at the bottom) and feretory (the container above for the relics). The columns are built from only white bricks - and the remaining arches are designed by all the visitors!
Stonehenge 2026
We all had so much fun at Stonehenge over the last couple of years, that it was great to be asked back again for 2026! What would we build though? We’d already built one trilothon so how could we top that?
Well, we decided to build the largest single part of Stonehenge that still stands…

Bricks now Boarding part 2: Destinations
As promised, it’s time to look at the next set of models we created for American Airlines C.R. Smith Museum.
If you’re an AV-geek (aviation geek) then the first thing that comes to mind when discussing an airline are the planes. If you’re a off on your holidays though, then the first thing to come to mind is much more likely to be the destination! So, what could be better to build than the cities that American Airlines can fly you to?

Modelling a model of a Garden railway - model.
Most of work is built for either a specific customer - or one of our exhibition tours. Teresa and I still build models just for ourselves though - no rules, no schedule and no planned destination. This is one that I’ve been thinking about for a couple of years though, and it’s finally finished!
A short trip to America!
Actually, a very short trip for Brick America - only down to the South West of England!
Earlier this year, we opened a custom exhibition for the American Museum. Located just outside of Bath, it celebrates Americana and opened to the public way back in 1961. To create a summer blockbuster exhibition for 2023, we were asked to re-imagine some American landmarks in bricks!

Newsletter - October 2022
The summer has gone by in a flash this year, here we are in October planning our next tours out, some very exciting commissions and our tours into 2023 and 2024. We have certainly travelled a few miles over the summer, vans, trains, planes and ferries have helped us with our brilliant summer locations. We have had a blast and managed to squeeze in one of our favourite fan events too.
Sweetgreen Commission
We don’t always build big things! I loved making this model. It was a surprise gift to one of the Sweetgreen Founders from his brother. A replica of their first location, on the corner of M and Bank in Washington DC, and standing outside, minifigure versions of the three Founders all smiles!
