Anywhere, everywhere.
Our exhibition tours travel worldwide, setting visitor records everywhere they go. We’ll supply the model, plinths, hoods, graphics and branding. All you need to do is open the door and watch the public roll in!
Recent news of our touring exhibitions
Actually, a very short trip for Brick America - only down to the South West of England!
Earlier this year, we opened a custom exhibition for the American Museum. Located just outside of Bath, it celebrates Americana and opened to the public way back in 1961. To create a summer blockbuster exhibition for 2023, we were asked to re-imagine some American landmarks in bricks!
We often say that we can build anything and everything. That even extends to things that we’ve never seen!
It has been over 3 years, but this week we finally did our first event since the pandemic! Over the last couple of days, we’ve been working with visitors to the Wrexham Museum to add a final element to their already popular exhibition. The space in the gallery was limited - so what better way to add more colour than a mosaic?
In times where social distancing is the new normal, it is important for us to support our customers with a solution. We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new walling system, this will help venues create one way systems and facilitate social distancing for visitors to our exhibitions. Light-weight and easy to put up, it is a great addition. Whatever the venue size or shape we can adapt the panels to help. Panels have a mixture of information, LEGO facts and images which add to the tour. As we all continue to adapt to the new normal we are making sure we enhance the tours and support our customers.
SketchUp is important to our design process as it enables us to turn our ideas into something we can show to a customer and they can understand. Almost everything we do is bespoke in some way or another so there aren’t any existing images to show someone or get a message across.
Even in normal times - we can’t predict the future. Right now it’s even harder to say when life will be back to normal or what will even happen next week.
What we can guarantee though, is what we can do in order to keep as safe as possible. With years of successful touring behind us, we can also plan ahead as much as possible. To pre-plan for changes whenever they happen. To make sure that we will do as much as we can to help you have a successful show. So, for all of our touring exhibitions we are today announcing our COVID-19 guarantee
All of our exhibition openings are coming thick and fast now! This week it’s the turn of Leicester Museum (formally the New Walk Museum)
We installed Brick City a little while back, as it was one of the more challenging layouts. Working with the museum, we developed a complete one-way system to help visitors social distance whilst making sure they didn’t miss out on any of the show. It’s actually worked out really well.
It’s been a very strange summer for everyone this year. Thankfully though, the UK is slowly starting to open up again. With museums and galleries opening as well, what better way to make your visit even more exciting than a LEGO exhibition?
Brick City has arrived at ‘The Base’ in Greenham Common.
The Base is a great new arts and exhibition venue which opened in early 2019 , the centre has several ‘in residence’ artists working from studio spaces on the first floor… but there are is now an influx of new residents on the ground floor - MINIFIGURES !
