Brick Dinos - Wheeled Plinths
NEVER push a plinth, both it and your floor may get damaged. ALWAYS move them with a Pump/Pallet truck or forklift truck. ALWAYS treat them very gently.
Unpacking:
Remove the cardboard triangle, yellow strap and laminated sheet. Unzip and remove the padded bag. STORE ALL ITEMS FOR RETURN Journey
Move plinth into place.
Connect power to the cable underneath
Release the 2 pull-locks to release the skirt, and let drop down.
Inspect for damage and document
Done!
Packing:
Inspect plinth, hood and model for damage and document
Dust if necessary
Lift skirt up into plinth and engage the 2 pull-locks to stow.
Make sure cable underneath is stored well away from the floor. Cable tie if necessary
Unzip bag and place over plinth. Zip up. NOTE: for smaller plinths, use the same size of bag - but fold excess bag up inside.
Place yellow velcro strap around plinth and bag. Pass it through the middle section parallel to the metal fork pockets so that it does not get fouled on the pallet truck/forks.
Un-flat pack cardboard cone. Route yellow strap through cone, then hand-tighten.
Place laminated sheet on strap using the velco section on it.
